Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be enthusiastic, peppy, and instructional. My classes are tough and rewarding so you can expect all gas, no breaks (unless it’s for dancing), I will help you redefine your limits while laughing at a bad joke or two. My favorite day of the week is Friday – FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is throwback crowd pleasers with an EDM twist.
On a personal note, I can’t live without red eye coffee, no cream or sugar (I’m a psycho!) and my guilty pleasure is a Spicy Margarita. My friends would say I’m here for a good time AND for a long time!
