Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be sweaty fun and motivational with sass. My classes are challenging yet achievable so you can expect you’ll walk out feeling strong and like the best version of yourself. My favorite day of the week is Thursday, ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is anything you can dance to and a sprinkle of everything else! But you’ll hear a lot of Hip-Hop and EDM inspired tunes.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my dog Rooney, he’s the best and chocolate chip cookies! My guilty pleasure is Margarita no salt! My friends would say I’m 100% sassy, spontaneous always and all around a good time!
