Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be fun, motivating and inclusive. My classes are uplifting and empowering so you can expect that my classes will take you to those peak moments where the endorphins are flowing and you’re feeling unstoppable. My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop remixes and House.
On a personal note, I can’t live without sunshine and my guilty pleasure is french fries. My friends would describe me as an eternal optimist. I’m compassionate and love meeting new people and cheering them on. Sweating together in class is so much more fun than sweating alone so I’m all about the team spirit.
