Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be challenging, intense, empowering. My classes are fast-paced, effective, fun so you can expect no shortcuts during class, but an amazing playlist to help get through it. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is anything with a good beat drop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without music and my guilty pleasure is biweekly manicures. My friends would describe me as a bad ass chick.
