Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be empowering, authentic and challenging. My classes are energetic and fun so you can expect fun yet challenging runs, and heavy weights are my go-to. You can always count on me for some classic weightlifting, sprints timed to beat drops, and an infectious energy that will make you to feel like you could punch through a wall! My favorite day of the week is Tuesday FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS, and my playlist genre of choice is house music and throwback remixes!
On a personal note, I can’t live without breakfast and my guilty pleasure is an afternoon espresso + a peanut butter cup. My friends would probably describe me as funny, brave, and a little bit chaotic.
