Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivational, enthusiastic, and hype My classes are fast-paced, and intense so you can expect to KNOW you did your best because there’s no way I’ll let you do anything less. I’m your biggest fan. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday, Full Body, Lower Body Focus, and my playlist genre of choice is everything with a beat drop. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without wine (!!!), my guilty pleasure is chips, queso, and a margarita, and my friends would say I’m happy, free-spirited, and always down for a new adventure.
