Paige Howell

Three words to describe my teaching style would be athletic, creative and intense. My classes are energetic and bubbly so you can expect my class to be nonstop and engaging- it doesn’t matter what level, you’ll feel accomplished. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without Tessa- my bengal cat  and my guilty pleasure is dark chocolate m&m’s. My friends would say I’m nonstop, always moving and working hard- a non-stop hustle with a side of humor.
