Get to know me
Don’t be fooled by my frame… I’m a force to be reckoned with! My classes are fiercely planned down to the second, with the intention of absolutely fatiguing that day’s particular muscle group. Consistency is key for me. I make it a point to get to know each of my clients and to keep a steady eye on their progression, ensuring each one is offered the opportunity to grow outside of their comfort zone.
My wellness philosophy is simple yet effective — exercise five days a week; cut back on sugar, starch and dairy. Ladies… don’t hesitate to lift heavy. Artists you’ll hear in my class? Lots of Robyn, Kelly Clarkson, Sia, and Justin Bieber.
