Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, caring, and attentive. My classes are upbeat and intentional so you can expect fun energy coupled with a carefully curated playlist to empower and motivate. My favorite day of the week is Thursday, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM & Hip Hop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without naps and my guilty pleasure is Salt & Straw Ice Cream. My friends would say I’m energetic, requires structure, very active, and thrives on organized chaos.
