Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be encouraging, charismatic and playful. My classes are challenging and. energizing so you can expect an experience which makes everyone want to do their best, take risks and be encouraged throughout. My favorite day of the week is Monday ARMS AND ABS and my playlist genre of choice is Pop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without Baked beans (specifically Heinz) and my guilty pleasure is Karaoke . My friends would say I’m tenacious, energizer, mischievous and always cold.
