Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be energising, playful, motivational . My classes are challenging and fun, so you can expect an experience which makes everyone want to do their best, take risks and be HUGELY encouraged throughout. My favorite day of the week is Monday ARMS AND ABS and my playlist genre of choice is throwbacks.
On a personal note, I can’t live without Pina Coladas and my guilty pleasure is old school horror films. My friends would say I am an energy spreader, cheeky and almost always smiling
