Three words to describe my teaching style would be dynamic, impactful and supportive. My classes are motivational experience so you can expect a good time and a good sweat. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS and my playlist genre of choice is Jams only.

On a personal note, I can’t live without ketchup and my guilty pleasure is using too much ketchup. My friends would say I’m driven, loyal and laid back.
