Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, vivacious and encouraging. My classes are athletic and empowering so you can expect that I believe that fitness is about more than just looking good—it’s about feeling strong, confident, and empowered. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a beginner just starting your fitness journey, I’m here to support you every step of the way. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS and my playlist genre of choice is expect a little bit of everything from EDM, Hip Hop, to Millennial Pop Remixes! I was a competitive cheerleader for 10 years, and still enjoy curating playlists that are full of energy that allow you to feel connected to and motivated by the music. It’s more than runs & sprints, but an opportunity to get out of your head and into your body.
On a personal note, I can’t live without CARBS and my guilty pleasure is In n Out drive through right after a workout. My friends & I are usually sipping spicy margaritas après sweat, on a boat, or exploring Little Italy after the Red Room.
