Three words to describe my teaching style would be technical, direct, and passionate. My classes are empowering and spicy so you can expect to feel confident in each exercise. There may even be a little banter if you’re lucky. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is Rap remix.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my friends and family and my guilty pleasure is extra dirty martinis and online shopping. My friends would say I’m driven and always down for a restaurant girls night.
