Three words to describe my teaching style would be lively, vibrant and spirited . My classes are high-octane, uplifting so you can expect a sweat-drenched, endorphin-fueled workout that makes time fly by. My favorite day of the week isFriday FULL BODY and my playlist genre of choice is throwbacks, rap, house, remixes.
On a personal note, I can’t live withoutT rader Joe’s and my guilty pleasure is reruns of Food Network shows. My friends would say I’m easygoing, funny, energetic, spontaneous, kind.
