In my class there is a 100% chance heavy weights will be put to good use! Don’t let this scare you; my classes are designed to push limits and get you the results you are looking for! I have been an athlete since childhood, playing football and baseball through high school years. My love for health and fitness continued through college, and I really got serious after I graduated from Arizona State University. Once I moved to San Diego and experienced my first Barry’s class, I was immediately hooked. From the intense fast paced workouts to the loving and accepting staff and instructors, I had found my second home.
