Three words to describe my teaching style would be entertaining, intentional and explosive. My classes are heart-pumping and beat-dropping so you can expect a fun, memorable experience that will always have you leaving the Red Room a better version of yourself. My favorite day of the week is Saturday FULL BODY – UPPER BODY FOCUS, and my playlist genre of choice is heavy beats.

On a personal note, I can’t live without a quad espresso over ice and my guilty pleasure is online shopping. My friends would say I’m effervescent, caring and purposeful.
