Ryan Haringa

Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, light-hearted, and encouraging. My classes are fun and effective, so you can expect to be challenged with purposeful programming that has been vigorously shaken (not stirred) with wit, humor, and my questionable dancing abilities. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS and my playlist genre of choice is Pop/House/Dance.

On a personal note, I can’t live without air conditioning set to a chilly 68 degrees. My guilty pleasure is Snickerdoodles (however, any soft cookie will suffice) and my friends would say that I’m obsessed with Britney Spears, have a fabulous phantom hair flip, and always carrying an extra charger… you know, just in case.
