Three words to describe my teaching style would be welcoming, liberating, endorphin-releasing, and sweaty.
My classes are accessible, challenging, and empowering so you can expect to leave inspired and motivated to take on the day. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday, and my playlist genre of choice is DANCE/EDM.

On a personal note, I can’t live without Diet Cokes and my guilty pleasure is watching Reality TV.
My friends would describe me as unique, energetic, intentional, fun-loving, passionate, and hard-working with enthusiasm and intention in everything he does.
