Get to know me

Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivational, scientific, and observant. My classes are fun and effective so you can expect you’ll be sweating, dancing, and (hopefully) laughing.My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS and my playlist genre of choice is Hip hop and rap.

On a personal note, I can’t live without McDonald’s and my guilty pleasure is McDonald’s! My friends would say I’m the funniest guy in the room.
