Three words to describe my teaching style would be inclusive, inspiring, and fun. My classes are challenging and electric so you can expect high energy with a dose of levity. My favorite day of the week is Saturday FULL BODY – UPPER BODY FOCUS and my playlist genre of choice is hip-hop and house.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my dog Jalepeño and my guilty pleasure is french fries of any variation. My friends would say I am hungry…hungry…sleepy…oh, and hungry.
