Three words to describe my teaching style would be inspiring, energetic, and constructive. My classes are challenging and LIT, so you can expect smart exercises and a huge soundtrack that’ll leave you feeling like a BAMF. My favorite day of the week is Saturday, Full Body, Upper focus, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without my family, my guilty pleasure is binge-watching TV shows, and my friends would say I’m outgoing, always friendly, and a creative original.
