Three words to describe my teaching style would be empowering, intense and most importantly FUN! My classes are high energy and intentional so you can expect to push past your limits, embracing the challenge to some killer beat drops and walking out of the Red Room as a confident, sweatier, stronger version of yourself!My favorite day of the week is Tuesday FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS and my playlist genre of choice is any upbeat hip hop and pop songs with a side of some Bollywood flair!
On a personal note, I can’t live without my straightener (my hair is a HOT MESS without it) and my guilty pleasure is Real Housewives of pretty much any city. My friends would say I’m funny, loyal and mildly obsessed with Usher.
