Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, motivational, and challenging. My classes are sweaty and fun. You can expect me to be your biggest cheerleader, and you will leave feeling unstoppable. My favorite day of the week is Monday ARMS AND ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is POP.
On a personal note, I can’t live without brunch! My friends would say I’m a fun-loving, jokester who is always up for a good time!
