Get to know me
As a former Division 1 collegiate athlete, I have years of experience pushing my body to the limit. I bring my experience and passion in health and fitness to clients of all levels, helping each of my clients reach their goals through fun and innovative workouts. Since becoming a new mom, I’ve found a passion for educating women about the importance of pre and post-natal fitness. I love coaching everyone in my classes through safe and effective exercise programs that will help them reach their personal fitness goals.
My son, Cameron. I strive to set a good example for him so he grows up wanting to live an active, healthy lifestyle just like his mom.
