Three words to describe my teaching style would be engaging, effective & energetic . My classes are intense & methodical so you can expect beat drops where they should be. My favorite day of the week is Saturday, FULL BODY – UPPER BODY FOCUS and my playlist genre of choice is house music (saves lives).

On a personal note, I can’t live without Law & Order SVU and my guilty pleasure is french fries & Red wine. My friends would say I’m always on the move.
