Working out is one of the most stable parts of my life. As an osteopathic therapist, I know how important balance in mind & body is. I started my instructor career as a Group Fitness instructor and never stopped having fun pushing every single beautiful soul in the room to his or her personal limits. Fitness is more than a job for me, it’s a lifestyle.
My everyday goal: be the best version of yourself.
My inspiration is people who come back stronger every day out of any circumstances. Failure is not the opposite of success – it's part of it.
