Michael Atwood

Three words to describe my teaching style would be dynamic, engaging, and supportive. My classes are high-energy and fun, so you can expect a good laugh, a great sweat, and to feel empowered. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday, and my playlist genre of choice is club mixes.

On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee and my guilty pleasure is peanut butter. My friends would say I’m funny, quick-witted, adventurous, caring, and genuine.
