Three words to describe my teaching style would be high energy, encouraging & fun! My classes are welcoming & dynamic so you can expect a challenging yet approachable workout with groovy tunes that will leave you feeling empowered & rewarded for showing up for yourself! My favorite day of the week isThursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is anything & everything from pop remixes to throwbacks to edm & hip hop! also love a quality 80’s banger.
On a personal note, I can’t live without music and my guilty pleasure is ice cream. My friends would say I’m loving & kind, optimistic, and infectious.
