Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, fun, and TOUGH. My classes are sassy and goals driven so you can expect to get lost in the music. My favorite day of the week is Monday Arms and Abs, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop/ Throwback EDM. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without good energy, my guilty pleasure is Jeni’s Ice Cream, and my friends would say I’m crazy for not liking coffee or tea.
