Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, uplifting and dynamic. My classes are spicy and intentional so you can expect a purposeful, feel-good flow of mindful movement and cohesive exercises.My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is Club Remix.

On a personal note, I can’t live without dance and my guilty pleasure is Chips & Guac and a picante margarita! My friends would say I’m the life of the party while being inclusive and caring for others.
