Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be refreshing, uplifting, and passionate. My classes are energetic and sweaty. In my class I will push you to limits you didn’t think you could reach but I’m there with you every step of the way. The class will be accompanied by an epic playlist that will drive you, make you sing along and leave you feeling like you can take on the world. (Which you can, because you’re a champion). My favorite day of the week is Monday ARMS AND ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop remix.
On a personal note, I can’t live without carbs and my friends would say I’m determined, caring and bonkers.
