Three words to describe my teaching style would be goofy, charismatic and high spirited. My classes are energetic and high intensity so you can expect my class to be fun, no judgement, supporting, calorie shredding, mood enhancing, strength and endurance.  My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop/ Hip-Hop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my doggggg Klaus! That’s myyyy mannss DOG MOM FO LIFEEEE and my guilty pleasure is Roman or Pillsberry Cookies. My friends would say I’m goofy, free spirited, up lifting, out going, personable and caring.
