Three words to describe my teaching style would be fun, energetic, and loud. My classes are sweet and spicy so you can expect to leave feeling like you gave 100%, and you’ll ask for the playlist after class. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is House and Hip Hop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my dog Yoshi. My guilty pleasure is  Grey’s Anatomy, I’ve watched every episode… three times. My friends would say I’m always down for a good time.
