Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, uplifting, dynamic.My classes are challenging and motivating so you can expect a high-energy workout tailored with a unique playlist that leaves you feeling rewarded and inspired by the results. My favorite day of the week is Saturday FULL BODY – UPPER BODY FOCUS and my playlist genre of choice is House and EDM with a splash of Hip Hop
On a personal note, I can’t live without music and my guilty pleasure is fine wine. My friends would say I’m outgoing, loyal, and empathetic.
