Three words to describe my teaching style would be zealous, motivating and electric. My classes are fun and challenging so you can expect to feel good, and challenged, while rocking out to great tunes. My favorite day of the week is Monday ARMS AND ABS and my playlist genre of choice is 90’s to today music.
On a personal note, I can’t live without Reality TV and my guilty pleasure is Cotton Candy Ice cream. My friends would describe me as a fun, outgoing energetic person who loves to do it all.
