Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be encouraging, challenging, and personable. My classes are efficient and effective so you can expect Dad jokes you can tell your friends and genuine community. My favorite day of the week is Saturday FULL BODY – UPPER BODY FOCUS, and my playlist genre of choice is Hip Hop/Rap, EDM, and Classic Rock.
On a personal note, I can’t live without continuing to drive a motorcycle as my daily, sorry Mom! and my guilty pleasure is caffeine, naps LOL, sneaker shopping and reading books in bed. My friends would say I give responsible dad vibes. Probably the youngest on the team but old soul at heart.
