Three words to describe my teaching style would be fun, Motivating and challenging. My classes are upbeat and effective so you can expect an easy to follow programs and high energy playlists.  My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is Club remixes, EDM, Dance.

On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee, sunshine, my family & friends and my guilty pleasure is an extra spicy marg and chocolate. My friends would say I’m fun, light-hearted, and always down for anything… a yes woman!
