Sam Marshall

Three words to describe my teaching style would be cheeky, energetic, and empowering. My classes are effective and fierce AF, so you can expect to get your sweat on, while living your whole life! My favorite day of the week is Thursday Ass and Abs, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM, with all your favorite throwbacks. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without Google Calendar and a fresh pair of sneaks. My guilty pleasure is jamming out to a one- hit wonder (on repeat), and my friends would say I’m the human embodiment of the phrase, “Work hard, play hard.”
