Three words to describe my teaching style would be I love to provide a challenge while being encouraging, motivating and make sure everyone has a smile on their face while working hard! My classes are fun and high energy so you can expect to be ready to be challenged, work hard and have fun for 50 minutes! My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is House and Hip Hop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee and my guilty pleasure is spending my paycheck at Whole Foods.  My friends would say I’m fun to be around, positive energy and I love to make people laugh!
