Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be purposeful, playful, and positive. My classes are music-driven and effective so you can expect to celebrate what your body can already do while being motivated to reach new goals. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS, and my playlist genre of choice is Early 2000s HipHop & Pop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without dancing and my guilty pleasure is Sea Salt Vinegar Chips. My friends would say I’m supportive, kind, and always moving!
