Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be intense, musical, and motivational. My classes are intentional and hype so you can expect challenging work that will always be followed by a beat drop. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday, and my playlist genre of choice is house music.
On a personal note, I can’t live without headphones, and my guilty pleasure is stealing my wife’s leftovers. My friends would say I’m the one constantly looking for an excuse to take a trip.
