Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be passionate, mindful, and motivating. My classes are wild, and wonderful so you can expect a mix of science and playfulness to get you sweating and smiling. My favorite day of the week is Saturday, Full Body, Upper Focus, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM (and Celine Dion).
On a personal note, I can’t live without nature, my guilty pleasure is a good margarita, and my friends would say I’m just like my golden retriever and that’s fine by me!
