Growing up as a competitive figure skater, I learned to push my body to the limit everyday since I can remember. I’ve been coaching skating for years, but as my fitness goals changed, I decided to bring my expertise into the Red Room! I’m originally from the Midwest, don’t let the nice guy in me fool you — I’m gonna work you out HARD in class!
