Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be passionate, energetic and grounded. My classes are thoughtful and thick so you can expect my classes to be intense but personable – come ready to WOO and I will be ready to cheer you on! My favorite day of the week is Monday ARMS AND ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is BOPS (if that is a genre/noun) aka ‘pop girlies’ and dance.
On a personal note, I can’t live without athleisure and my guilty pleasure is sour candy. My friends would say I’m loyal, intense, goofy and nurturing (my sun is in Cancer)
