Three words that describe my teaching style are engaged, rhythmic, and limit-pushing.   My class has big energy and you can expect wicked running patterns and strength sequences to push at all levels, and the alluring beat matching every sprint will make you urge to do it.  My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my genre of choice is electronic/club.

On a personal note, I can’t live without music and my friends would say I am kind-hearted, a little naive even, but I challenge limits whenever possible, especially in the Red Room.
