Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, motivating, and thoughtful . My classes are intense and high-energy so you can expect to push your limits and have fun doing it. My favorite day of the week is Monday, ARMS AND ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is hip-hop, pop, and throwbacks.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my family and my guilty pleasure is any kind of margarita. My friends would say I’m chaotic and always down for a good time.
