Get to know me
I’ve worn many hats and I’m good at a lot of different things. I began my career in music, writing, and dance, but I finally found my calling in fitness and motivation. I first became fitness certified as a personal challenge. I wound up losing 30 pounds, while gaining muscle and strength along the way. I quickly realized that I could make a career out of helping others achieve their fitness goals.
My classes are energetic, fun and intense. I strive to push people outside of their comfort zones — going 5 pounds heavier or adding an extra .5 to a sprint. My perspective is this — if I can elevate your thinking, I can help you achieve the impossible.
