Yes – I am from the beautiful “sunny” Ireland. LOL. I have always played sports, especially football, which has been my passion for as long as I can remember.  In my classes, you can expect absolute dynamic tread and floor programming that will make the time fly by so fast, but no doubt have fun while doing so!! My goal as a Barry’s instructor is to make sure everyone has fun while getting whatever results they want! If you’re up for a good time while getting in shape, then I’ll see you in the Red Room and in my class!
