Nick Pfantz

Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, encouraging, and FUN! My classes are challenging, always have a killer playlist, and focus on form/safety so you can expect to push yourself in a safe space and leave feeling empowered & strong. My favorite day of the week is MONDAY (Arms & Abs), and my playlist genre of choice is pop/EDM mashups & remixes. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without a fresh outfit and my girl Taylor Swift, my guilty pleasure is listening to bubble-gum pop, and my friends would say I’m extra (in a good way) & always the life of the party.
