Get to know me
I began in London as a Men’s Health fitness model, inspiring others through this media to achieve results and get a six–pack. All the focus was visual, and I realized after many questions asked that this was not the material people needed to break down their barriers to obtain the results they desired. Becoming a Barry’s trainer gives me the opportunity to channel people mentally. I encourage people to remain positive, overcome fears to achieve things they once thought they couldn’t.
Seeing clients persevere when the going gets tough. It’s not easy but it’s worth it!
